Before beginning the design process, we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your project, design goals, and any specific needs or challenges.

This conversation allows me to gain a better understanding of your vision and determine how I can best assist you.

If we decide to move forward, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to gather additional information about your space, style preferences, and overall objectives.

Once the questionnaire is completed, we will schedule an on-site consultation where I will assess your space, discuss your vision in more detail, and outline the full design process.

During this visit, I will conduct a thorough assessment of your space(s) taking into account the layout, lighting, and existing elements to better understand how to bring your vision to life.

We will discuss your style preferences, functional needs, and any design challenges you may be facing.

This consultation is also an opportunity for us to go over the scope of work, budget considerations, and overall timeline.

I will walk you through the design process in detail, answer any questions, and ensure we are aligned before moving forward to the next step.

At this stage, I will develop a customised design concept that aligns with your vision, lifestyle, and budget.

You will receive a mood board that visually represents the overall design direction, including colour palettes, furniture styles, artwork, and decor elements.

You will also have the opportunity to request up to two design revisions to ensure the final concept fully captures your vision before moving forward.

Once you approve the final design, I will manage the entire purchasing and ordering process for you.

This includes securing trade discounts where available, co-ordinating delivery, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

This is where your vision comes to life! I will personally oversee the installation and styling process, ensuring every piece is placed thoughtfully and harmoniously.

From furniture arrangement to decor styling, I will handle the final details to create a beautifully finished space.

A final walk-through will allow us to refine any last-minute details and ensure the space meets your expectations.
